These
new sets of laser cut parts are for the BR Standard Tender Underframes and are all
produced to the works drawings. The set of parts includes the main frame plates,
buffer beam, drag beam, all of the stretchers plus brackets for water pickup scoop and
brake shaft. All of the stretchers fit together with mortice and tennons and will
hold together for silver soldering. The set also includes the diagonal bracing which
fits across the tops of the main stretchers. Also available are lost wax cast
steel hornblocks and lost wax cast brass buffers which include dimpled steps and locking
tabs. |
