5" Gauge BR Mk 1 Second Class Restaurant Car
These are scale Mark 1 coaches and faithfully reproduce the detail of the BR Standard Coaches.  The bodies have digitally punched sectional steel sides with moulded resin ends.  In view of the complexity of assembly the bodies are supplied ready assembled as they are put together in jigs.
Any type of Mark 1 coach can be supplied - with either BR1 or Commonwealth bogies.

The matching full brake (BG) is intended as a riding/driving truck

5" Gauge Goods Wagons in the Up Yard at Gilling East during a Main Line Weekend

  This is our standard driving truck and, as can be seen, provides a comfortable driving position for any tank engine.
Used the other way round, it is suitable for tender engines.
